Dear Ecolog,

We have an expedition team that will be exploring the rivers of Cameroon by
kayak from Jan - June 2013. The expedition team has volunteered to collect
data for anyone who may need information from the area.

Please let me know if you have data collection needs (water collection,
poaching related, or anything that will be helpful) in the area and we can
get you partnered with the team.

Cameroon is one of the least explored countries on the whitewater paddling
map. A post-colonial, francophone country, Cameroon topographically holds
the potential of being an amazing whitewater paddling destination. For this
reason, a team of
professional paddlers are embarking on an expedition to explore the area.
Curiousity and the draw of adventure will lead them deep into the jungles
of Cameroon where they hope to share what they find with the rest of the
world.

You can view a map of some of the areas they plan to visit here:

Please note: In all cases once we have established a science project, we
will pursue proper permitting with the expedition and scientific team.
