Could anyone direct me to some free/inexpensive software that has a user friendly interface for performing a Mantel's test? I have found PC-Ord4 difficult to work with, due in part to my lack of administration privileges. Also, PAST doesn't provide specific enough results (only provides a single PCC). If possible, I would like to be able to manipulate my data in the program as opposed to jumping back and forth between excel and a stats program. If applicable, I am open to suggestions for alternatives to a Mantel's Test as well. Thanks for the help. Peter
