Hello all! I am a biologist currently working on some mosquito projects. My group has a need for a simple method of imaging a box of mosquitoes to be counted in an imaging software such as Image J.
To give you guys an idea of what we're dealing with: - each box is 1 cubic foot - each box contains approx. 1000 mosquitoes - we need to image all to easily count engorged females - we are not seeking a method that would involve extra "build" time of modifications I'm seeking out anyone who has experience with this kind of image counting with *Drosophila* , *Danio*, etc to help advise on some easy methods of counting/sorting such a large number of moving objects.
