Every year the U.N. holds World Environment Day. As part of this, they have a writing contest. Writers from all over the world submit articles and the U.N. team decides who the top 10 will be. The top ten articles are now posted on the U.N. site and voted on by the public. That's us. The winner gets to go to this year's host country (Mongolia) and write for the U.N. for World Environment Day all expenses paid. They also get their article published on Treehugger, the largest Eco news source on the Internet.
