Hello,
My name is Robert Pettit. I have recently graduated from the University
of Maryland College Park and will be attending the University of Michigan for a
masters program in the fall. Until then I will be residing in the Grand Rapids
area and would be eager to sink my teeth into any biological projects in the
area. My background is diverse and includes agricultural research at the USDA
Beltsville Center as well as aquatic entomology studies in Tennessee. My two
degrees are in Biology, and Environmental Technology and Design and I've taken
courses in GIS as well as AutoCAD and constructed wetlands. I would be
particularly interested in participating in any research related to restoration
biology and have taken professional courses in the rosgen stream classification
system.
