Hi Andrew, One of the most infamous right now in the United States is the case of the Burmese Python in the Florida Everglades.
Here is a recent study: Dorcas et al. 2012. Severe mammal declines coincide with proliferation of invasive Burmese pythons in Everglades National Park. PNAS 109: 2418-2422. Best of luck.
