Green Mountain College is looking for a qualified adjunct instructor to teach an Ecology course for its online Master of Science in Environmental Studies Program. This course begins June 4 and ends July 15th (all online courses are 6 weeks in duration), and is fully designed. Instruction requires 5-day per week online presence, engagement of the students in discussions, and evaluation of student work. Ph.D. is preferred, MS or MA in appropriate field would be considered. Classes are limited to 20 students. The MSES at GMC is an interdisciplinary distance program with a bioregional focus, intended for working professionals who cannot simply leave their homes and jobs to engage in graduate work, but who wish to further their careers and skills through such study.
