Tropical Salamanders

In summer 2013 and 2014, I will be conducting a natural history survey of
Bolitoglossine salamanders in central Panama. I will be collecting
information on population size, density, habitat and microhabitat use,
diet, movement, and the presence of chytrid.

I would be interested to hear from others who have worked with
Bolitoglossids, especially if you have suggestions on field techniques that
worked or did not. You can find more information on my project, or even
make a donation* towards the research, at *
http://www.lamica.org/research.html*.

Thank you -

Leslie Brinkman

*If you would like to make a tax deductible donation, greater than $100,
please contact me at [email protected] and I will provide
you with step-by-step instructions.
