Hi, I would like to share the project that staffs from Can Tho
University, Vietnam is doing to monitor the environmental change in
the Vietnamese Mekong Delta. We (Dr. Ni, myself and other colleagues)
have set up a network of local farmer who are willing to measure a
certain environmental indicator. The farmers will then send the
results to us via a message from mobile phone. They keep doing that
on a daily basis. At the moment, our volunteer network covers quite a
large proportion of the Delta already and the database is very useful
to any environment related projects in the area. If you want to know
