Below is a link to the Organization for Tropical StudiesÂ’ Spanish language 
course Ecologia Tropical y Conservacion, an upcoming graduate-level course 
which will be taught in Costa Rica from January 15 – February 24, 2014.  The 
course is worth 7 graduate academic credits transferable to all institutions 
within the Organization for Tropical Studies consortium, which includes over 
50 universities in the USA, Latin America, South Africa and Australia. This 
course offers students the opportunity to participate in rigorous tropical 
ecology research training with a course unit completely focused on 
conservation biology. The course is intended for Latin-American students and 
professionals regardless of their institutional affiliation. However, 
students from any country are welcome to apply. A good level of Spanish is 
required.
