There is also the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services 
(http://www.naces.org/members.htm). You need to check out each member carefully 
- there is a *wide* range of services (degree validation to course by course 
evaluations and translations), prices ($80-$200+) and time scales (2 days- 2 
weeks). I used Education International, which was the cheapest and the fastest, 
but he has a restricted list of services and countries he works with.
