Southwestern University is looking for a part-time instructor in biology to
teach three sections of Biodiversity (a 7 1/2 week course that makes up 1
of 4 in a collection for the first year).  The adjunct would offer one
during the first half of the semester (starting date of August
26-ending on October
16, 2013 it has 12 registered students) taught on MWF from 10-10:50 am and
two other sections offered on the second half of the semester (starting
date October 18-endingDecember 13, 2013; 10 am section has 25 and the
11 am section
has 27 registered students). The total compensation for teaching the three
sections would be $6,000.

This would be a great opportunity for a recent graduate, an almost finished
Ph.D student or Post-doc to get some teaching experience. Some mentoring on
