GENETICS OF COMPLEX TRAITS IN PLANTS
DEPARTMENT OF BIOAGRICULTURAL SCIENCES AND PEST MANAGEMENT COLORADO STATE
UNIVERSITY

We invite applicants for a tenure-track position (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR) in
the genetics of complex plant traits, with a focus on resistance to
herbicides in plants. The successful candidate will be expected to develop
an extramurally funded and innovative research program that will contribute
to solving problems relevant to Colorado agriculture. The candidate will
also contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching.
Applicants must have Ph.D in biology or an allied filed; research experience
in the genetics of complex plant traits and published peer-reviewed papers.
We seek a colleague with the ability to creatively address important
ecological and evolutionary questions and to integrate fundamental and
