Apparently last year was the last time panels will meet in person in DC.
. The 2014 panel process will be conducted online.
. Panelists will convene for an orientation session (Webinar) in the
first week of December.
. Panelists will be assigned approximately 30 applications in
December to read and review.
. Applications will be available for review and scoring for a period
of several weeks.
. Panelists will enter their reviews and scores online.
. In January and February, panels will convene online using WebEx for
two virtual panel sessions scheduled on two different days to discuss
the applicant pool and make recommendations to NSF.
