Erika and Ecolog:
Here's a piece of science writing that you can have fun with looking for
reporting flaws. This is why it's important to read the primary source
material--and even to read that very critically. I look forward to y'all's
"take" on this.

Subject: [ECOLOG-L] Suggestions for climate readings
Hi there ecologists -
I've been asked to give a couple of lectures for a group of novice
environmental educators (audience = college students in an EE class but
perhaps without much science background) and am curious if you all might
suggest a favorite reading or two that you have used successfully. I'm
looking for suggestions on readings that provide a good but
not-too-technical overview of climate change science and readings that
relate a changing climate to phenological patterns.
I'll happily summarize for the list.
Thanks all!
