Hello all,

My name is Bret Manning and for the last few winters I have been working in the
Ecology and Evolutionary Biology lab at Dartmouth college under the
facilitation of Matthew P. Ayres, the Physiological Ecologist within the
Biological Sciences Department.

I am currently doing a studies on the invasive/other insects/parasitoids of
the Neotropical rainforest in the province of Manabi on the
Northwestern/central Coast of Ecuador. I have been catching insects for the
past couple weeks and will be putting a small study together in a month or so
using the data I have gathered. If anyone has or could suggest a guide for the
invertebrates of the Neotropics/South America or even Central America it would
be a very helpful addition to understanding some of the patterns of individuals
I have found. Another helpful guide would be something related to to the
parasitoid wasps of the neotropics/tropics, I have been catching a lot of
parasitoid wasps on Cacao plants, a very interesting discovery. Thank you to
anyone that could provide help.

With gratitude and best regards,

Bret Manning
