Good morning, It's starts with our education system. I used to be a resident assistant (overseer/counselor of a university dormitory and its students). While conducting interviews with our prospective hires for the next year, one of our questions was "Part of Clemson University's plan for 2020 is to become a much more "green" campus, what does sustainability mean to you?" or something alone those lines. Almost every single candidate replied something to the effect of "It means being able to work alone without depending on your superiors/peers all the time" or "Being able to continue to do my job when it gets tough".
