Hi All!
We are currently doing a demographic study of a snake population.
This population had a similar study done approximately 13 years ago, and
we are trying to compare population structure (not genetically...just based
on size classes and sex ratios). Does anyone know of a good place for
techniques for analyzing this type of data?
We have done marking and have a lot of mark-recapture data as well.
Does anyone have favorite programs for estimating population size?
The data we have include SVL, tail length, total length, some other
morphometrics, GPS, and sex. Thanks!
