1. Does Mexican bean beetle, *Epilachna varivestis*, show up on your bean plants? 2. Where are your located (closest town/city is fine)? 3. Descibe your farm or garden (ie: small organic farm; home garden, commercial grower, etc.) 4. What kind of beans do you grow (common green, wax, dry beans, lima, soy, etc.)? 5.
