A few years ago the QBIC Program (Department of Biologic Good day all, A few years ago the QBIC Program (Department of Biological Sciences, Florida International University) implemented an integrative teaching approach we called the Teaching Pentagon to create a better connection between biology and other science classes, improve contextualization, and to increase the quantitative components of our curriculum. As part of an NIH-funded grant, we also created a video demonstration of how this concept/approach works. Here is a final cut of that video.
