Dear Colleague,

The Resource Modeling Association invites you to consider an affordable
"European Vacation" and join with them during July at their annual meeting
in the UNESCO World Heritage listed city of Vilnius. Our venue comprises the
architecturally superb halls of Vilnius University established in 1579. Six
keynote speakers from Europe and the USA will cover a diversity of topics of
interest to ecologists as well as mathematical biologists and resource
modelers.

A pre-conference workshop will be run by Prof Steve Railsback (Humboldt
State Univ.) on agent-based modelling using NetLogo, and Prof Wayne Getz (UC
Berkeley) will present an extended talk on the Nova interactive graphics
scripting platform.

The RMA is keen to engage with ecologists, conservation biologists and
resource scientists who use models to inform their research and deliver
outcomes of practical benefit in terms of resilience, biodiversity and
sustainable exploitation. RMA conferences are small, convivial and relaxed
events where plenty of opportunity is provided for informal networking and
social interaction.

Please join us for what will be a memorable experience in a unique location
with a fascinating history and vibrant culture.

Further details are available on the conference website
http://www.resourcemodellingconference2014.com\ and you can register here

We hope to see you in Vilnius in July!

Sincerely,

Harry Gorfine
on behalf of the RMA Conference Secretariat.
