Hi all,

Puffins declines are also being studied in the UK. 
Amongst others, I know Alderney Wildlife Trust ( 
http://www.alderneywildlife.org/ ) have been doing work on their local puffin 
colony since at least 2005 and in addition to the conservation research work 
they have set up live puffins cams as part of a cross-curricular education 
project with school partners http://burhou.livingislands.co.uk/

And CEH have long-term monitoring on the Isle of May in Scotland
