It follows here: Permitting and Regulatory Analyst Job Description Position Description The Permitting and Regulatory Analyst will support project permitting activities for all RES mitigation activities within the Northeast Region; including West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, and other states as required. This position reports to the Permitting Specialist. Primary Responsibilities: - Be responsible for preparing permit applications associated with RES mitigation projects under the direction of the Permitting Specialist and Project Manager. Permits which are required by federal, state and local agencies include but are not limited to Joint Permit Applications, Nationwide Permits, General Permits, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permits for construction activities, and any local permits as necessary - Assist in the development and submittal of Mitigation Site Plans to state Interagency Review Teams (IRT); and prepare Permittee Responsible Mitigation Plans as needed - Coordinate and prepare documents pertaining to rare, threatened and endangered species and cultural resources consultation for submittal under the supervision of the Permitting Specialist - Provide GIS assistance as necessary for preparing permit documents - As needed obtain project specific permits for construction activities Secondary Responsibilities: As needed the Permitting and Regulatory Analyst will: - Assist in wetland delineations, delineation report preparation and Jurisdictional Determination site visits - Provide the Northeast Operations Manager with assistance managing RES mitigation projects - Provide the Sales group with review or support on PRM Mitigation Site Plans, or permit coordination support with sales clients - Provide assistance with Conceptual Restoration Plan development including sub-surface geological investigation and site characterization To apply, please send a cover letter and resume to: Katie Wolff Permitting Specialist kwo...@res.us Applications will be reviewed upon receipt.
