Dear Ecolog Community, I am reaching out to publicize and ask for donations for a crowdfunding research endeavor. The project is a pilot study to use a submarine to place archival satellite pop up tags on a species of Deep-Sea Sharks (*Hexanchus griseus*), to answer basic life history and migratory questions. We hope that methodological procedures to be be tested during this project, will be beneficial for any number of researchers in the future.
