I want to promote a symposium at ESA this year that will delve into the ways that phloem physiology influences plant ecology. Please come and join in a discussion about how we can use our developing understanding of phloem function to better inform future ecophysiological research!
The symposium is titled “Allocation, Stress Tolerance and Transport: How Does Phloem Physiology Impact Plant Ecology?” and will be held on Friday Aug. 15 from 8am-11:30am.
