REGISTRATION OPEN Mark the 50th anniversary of one of the most important books in evolutionary biology: The Genetics of Colonizing Species (1965). This classic volume was based on a symposium at Asilomar, California in 1964 and initiated the study of the genetics and evolution of invasive species. To revisit the historical legacy of the meeting and book, we are pleased to announce a symposium at Asilomar from August 13-15, 2014.
