Hello Ecolog-Listers: >From time to time, editors of scientific journals headquartered in the USA get papers written by authors located in Iran. If the paper is accepted for publication after peer-review, do you know whether it is OK within US law to charge those authors page charges and charges for hard copy reprints they may want? If you think you know the answer, please kindly refer me to the pertinent piece of legal information.
Sincerely, Jorge P.S. Apologies if you have received this message more than once. Jorge A. Santiago-Blay, PhD blaypublishers.com http://blayjorge.wordpress.com/ http://paleobiology.si.edu/staff/individuals/santiagoblay.html
