Today a couple of ECOLOG-L subscribers informed me that this is
apparently a fraudulent posting. See below.

Please note that these positions are fraudulent and the email you
received was not issued by our organization. It was recently brought
to our attention that an email is circulating falsely claiming to be
in association with our organization, and inviting recipients to
apply for jobs at the "United Nations International Centre for
Settlement of Investment Disputes (UN-ICSID)." You should disregard
the email communication you received.
We take the opportunity to point out that ICSID positions are
published on the website of our organization
(www.worldbank.org/icsid) or at the Jobs site of the World Bank
