Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies - Marine Ecology (Tenure Track)

Position Summary:


Gettysburg College invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in 
marine ecology at the rank of Assistant Professor in the interdisciplinary 
Environmental Studies Department (http://www.gettysburg.edu/academics/es/) 
beginning August 2015.



Qualifications:



The successful candidate must have a Ph.D. in marine ecology or related 
discipline, have a commitment to teaching and advising in the liberal arts 
tradition, and aim to involve undergraduate students in his or her research.  
The successful candidate will teach introductory environmental studies courses 
to majors and non-majors, as well as upper level courses in his or her area of 
specialization.
