I was wondering if anyone has researched hypsometers recently for purchasing one. I need to purchase one to measure red cedar tree crown height but crown width may also be interesting, but not absolutely necessary. I would like something in the range of $500-2500. Blue tooth may also be useful. It would be nice of hypsometer would talk to computer to record heights of cataloged trees.
