I've found a helicopter pilot willing to fly me around to look for some missing radio-collared fruit bats. I've flown for radio telemetry before but forget how things were rigged up. I'm posting to solicit advice on attaching yagis to a helicopter. I have a yagi to use and also have an omni however the omni is attached to a large magnet to use on a ground vehicle roof. So, if you have flown in helicopters for radio telemetry I would love to hear from you!
