Description
A graduate position is available for the Spring 2015 semester in The
Department of Environmental Sciences at the University of Toledo
http://www.utoledo.edu/nsm/envsciences/. The goal of the student
project is to aid in the development of a risk assessment with respect
to the introduction and spread of hydrilla (Hydrilla verticillata) in
the Great Lakes Basin. Specifically the student will aid in the
prediction of introductions and spread of hydrilla into and within the
Great Lakes basin via natural and anthropogenic vectors. The student
would work with UT faculty and public and private partners. This

summers. It is expected that the student will qualify for TA support
for the remaining two semesters of a two year program.
