*ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE: **PERMANENT PART-TIME POSITION*
*AMPHIBIAN AND REPTILE CONSERVANCY*

*DUTIES*
The Administrative Associate will work closely with the Executive Director
and the Financial Officer to execute regulatory compliance filings and
similar legal/bureaucratic duties as needed. The Administrative Associate
will:

   - Complete and submit registrations and renewals for charitable
   solicitations in each state where required
   - Maintain meticulous records of registration and renewal submissions
   and annual deadlines
   - Submit, renew and/or maintain other state and federal government
   compliance matters (such as SAM US Federal Contractor Registration) as
   needed
   - Execute and/or research then advise the Executive Director and the
   Financial Officer on other legal and regulatory issues, such as patents and
   trademarks, as needed

*QUALIFICATIONS*
The ideal candidate will be:

   - Knowledgeable and effective in the field of non-profit and
   conservation-related legal and regulatory compliance
   - Extremely reliable and punctual
   - Courteous and professional
   - Enthusiastic about the conservation of amphibians, reptiles and their
   habitats

*HOURS AND COMPENSATION*
Starting compensation: $8 per hour with opportunity for increases based on
performance

   - Minimum starting monthly hours: Five
   - Maximum starting monthly hours: 20

*LOCATION*
Remote telecommuting is acceptable within the United States.
