Dear Colleagues,

The Canadian Society for Ecology and Evolution is coming to Saskatoon,
Saskatchewan on May 22-24 2015 for the 10th annual CSEE meeting hosted by
the University of Saskatchewan http://csee2015.usask.ca/. This year, the
theme of the conference is: 'Ecology and Evolution of Managed Landscapes'.

We invite you to participate in the largest gathering of Canadian ecologists
and evolutionary biologists. This meeting provides an excellent opportunity
for professional development for applied ecologists and agronomists with
presentations by prominent Canadian and International researchers on a wide
array of topics. We particularly would like to encourage industry
researchers to present their work at this meeting.

Of particular interest may be some of the symposia planned for the meeting.
Agronomists will likely be most interested in the the symposium on the
evolution of crop plants. Those interested in wildlife management,
particularly Caribou, will be interested in "Frontiers in Resource and
Habitat Selection" which will feature talks by prominent wildlife ecologists
including Mark Boyce, Evie Merrill, Philip McLoughlin, and "Understanding
Individuals to Conserve Populations" which will include talks by David
Coltman and John Fryxell. Details of the symposia can be found on the
conference website http://csee2015.usask.ca/CSEE%20folder/symposia.php. For
those interested in expanding their skill base, introductory and advanced
workshops on the R statistical package will be offered
http://csee2015.usask.ca/CSEE%20folder/workshops.php.

Conference registration and the call for presentations are now open
https://ccdeconference.usask.ca/index.aspx?cid=101. Early bird fees and the
presentation call end March 15th. Single day registrations are available for
those interested in a specific topic.

Sincerely,
Eric Lamb
