[Dr. Julie M. Ray, La MICA Biological Station]

Once again La MICA Biological Station is offering summer internships for 
students and recent graduates. Our focus is on biology, but we also host 
students of other disciplines (immersion Spanish, history, sociology, art, 
etc.).Cost is $125/week to cover food and lodging and assistance from our 
staff. Each intern will conduct a small research project and many projects will 
end with a publication. This is an excellent way to gain hands-on experience in
