PNAS has some nice resources: http://teachingresources.pnas.org/core_concepts There was an exercise that I used for foundational concepts of evolution and phylogenetic relationships that I really liked but don't see listed any more (it was using conserved DNA sequences to develop hypotheses on relationships between chimps, apes and humans; drawing all possible phylogenetic trees and evaluating them based on the sequences). There are some others there that might be good though.
