The Aquatic Section of the Ecological Society of America (ESA) seeks nominations for student awards. These awards recognize an outstanding peer-reviewed paper (nominee as lead author) resulting from research conducted as a graduate student.
The Aquatic Ecology Section offers four awards: 1. Thomas M. Frost Award for Excellence in Graduate Research - current students or within 2 years of Ph.D. 2. Exceptional Promise in Graduate Research Award - current students only We also welcome nominations for student travel awards for the 2015 ESA General Meeting and an award recognizing the best student talk in aquatic ecology.
