Greetings. I'm writing to invite opinions on some of the software available to analyze home range and habitat use from radio telemetry work. Do you have a favorite? Are the pay-to-use software easier to use than the free ones? Examples of what I'm writing about are Home Range Tools for ArcGIS, Biotas,and Hawth's tools. I welcome all opinions on what you've found easiest to use and personal experiences. I assume that end data will be similar regardless of the software used.
