Hi all,

I am involved with a quantitative biology education group which has developed a
community-driven sharing space, qubeshub.org<https://qubeshub.org/>. Here is a
public group that is using IONTW, a NetLogo simulator for exploration of
disease transmission across networks:

Subject: Re: [ECOLOG-L] Looking for free intro to disease modeling

Hi Lauren,

I am in the process of developing some notes on basic disease modeling for high
school students at the UC Davis COSMOS program
(cosmos.ucdavis.edu<http://cosmos.ucdavis.edu>). They include some R code for
simulating disease models are a work in progress. You can see them at

https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/sebastian-schreiber/COSMOS/blob/master/Diseases.html

I should be adding somethings about stochastic models next week.

Cheers, Sebastian

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know of a good website where a student could learn disease modeling
basics for free?

Thanks,

Lauren
