This is just a reminder and to let you know that we still have openings in our Raleigh, NC Waters of the US Workshop this Thursday. The new EPA/USACOE Waters of the US (WOTUS) rules go into
effect next week on August 28th.
This workshop will get you up to speed on what you need to know about
these new rules. We will also be discussing
the just released EPA response to questions including the “grandfathering” of existing
projects.
