The International Network of Next-Generation Ecologists (<http://www.innge.net/>INNGE) is organizing a symposium at the <http://www.ecologyatinterface.eu/>September meeting of the European Ecological Federation in Rome. The symposium with the title "paths for critical innovation in ecology in the 21st century" aims to convene ten of the greatest innovators in the field of ecological science, communication, organization, policy and publishing. Speakers are invited to reflect and look ahead to identify critical steps needed to meet the most critical goals for the field of ecology in the next five to ten years.
What do you think is needed to meet these goals? I can summarize your contributions to ECOLOG-L at the conference.
