Hi, I thought I woudl point out that the Chronicle of Higher Education has introduced a system called Job Tracker. It can be used to see how positions were filled in previous years, how long it took things like that. In any case, 91% of the ecology vacancies have no data in regard to who filled them. This suggests that either 91% were not filled, or that 91% are not using the system. It would be neat if more biology types filled out the survey!!!!
