The Natural Sciences Department of Daemen College invites applicants for a 
tenure-track position of Assistant Professor of Biology to begin in the 
Fall 2016. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate 
excellence in teaching undergraduate courses in the department including 
Environmental Toxicology, General Biology with labs, and to develop new 
courses, based on interest and experience, such as Aquatic Biology or 
others which include field experience.  Previous experience in 
computational biology and/or biometry desirable. Additional coursework 
within the Daemen College core curriculum may also be required. The 
successful candidate will be expected to involve undergraduates in 
research.  Ph. D. required; postdoctoral research and track record of
