URGENT: I need someone to help write an introductory chapter of my book
on Insects as a Sustainable Food Ingredient. Its a large book and nearly
complete, but the author I had for Chapter 1 is having difficulty
finding time to finish it so I need someone to step in and write a good
summary of the field.

experience writing academic articles and some knowledge of the field of
insects as a sustainable protein source).
