(RA)position to work on projects related to conservation science 
(bioeconomicmodelling, land-use and sustainability modelling) and vector-borne 
diseasemodelling (dengue control). This position would be ideal for individuals 
with quantitativeskills wanting to be exposed to a range of conservation 
projects and modellingtechniques with a plan to pursue PhD studies in 
relateddisciplines in the future.The RAposition will involve desktop-based 
statistical and simulation modelling but nofieldwork.The RA would either have a 
degree in ecology, geography, environmental sciences, environmentaleconomics or 
related disciplines.The position isinitially for one year with the possibility 
of extension to another half a year(or one full year depending on funds).The 
salary is S$3,000per month (US$2,132) and includes medical benefits.Please
