Dear Ecolog-Listers: I am trying to help a group of authors who are about to send me a paper for possible publication in my journal. The senior author needs better images than what they took of two credibly-identified (and provenanced deinopid spiders), namely *Deinopis lamia * and *Miagrammopes syriacus. *The authors (and then I) have already checked the web and contacted someone requesting permission.
If you have any such images (or any constructive suggestion), suitable for publication, please feel free to contact me directly off the list. [email protected] Of course, the authors have revisited the site several times and, as usual, Murphy has lurked its ugly head: 0 spiders to be images. Apologies for potential duplicate emails.
