Green infrastructure installation to date has focused on public, private, and commercial spaces. The Ecosystem Engineering Design Lab at the University of Maryland (UMD) is excited to announce a Green Infrastructure Research & Incentives Workshop at WaterShed, UMD’s 2011 winning sustainable home for the Solar Decathlon Competition. Part I is geared to providing homeowners, regulators, practitioners and other stakeholders an overview of green infrastructure, and research on the performance of WaterShed’s systems.
