Dear Colleagues:

I am looking for (ideally) a table summarizing insect flight speed (I am
aware this can vary depending on many things) using many (say over 50 cases
in as many insect orders as possible). Thus far, I have found

a. scattered web sites

b. Nachtigall, W. A. 1974. *Insects in Flight: A Glimpse Behind the Scenes
in Biophysical Research*. McGraw-Hill Publishing Company. New York, NY,
USA. 153 pp.

I have come empty handed, thus far, using Google Scholar and the phrase
"insect flight speed".

If you have any constructive suggestion, please email it(them) directly to:

[email protected]

Apologies for potential duplicate emails.

Sincerely,

Jorge
