Graduate Fellowships at Tulane University The Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Tulane University seeks applications from students who are pursuing a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. The department has fellowships from the Louisiana Board of Regents. We strongly encourage applicants from groups who are under-represented in STEM. Areas of study in our department include tropical biology, evolutionary biology and river/coastal ecology.
