A good lookup service is found at:

       https://webhosting.info/whois

It looks like StudyBlue.com is hosted through GoDaddy.com and registered to
someone in Middleton, Wisconsin. The address maps to a residence near what
looks like a small family farm on the outskirts of town.

 The Digital Millenium Copyright Act
DMCA (1998) which has been around since Bill Clinton
was President offers Rapid Relief for Copyright holders. The
 Hosting Company or Internet
Service Provider that publishes the offending website is
 required to remove the content
within a few days after they receive a complaint for
 Infringement. The hosting company is
protected from being sued for infringement if they act
quickly to remove the work that the
 copyright holder says is infringing.

Dino must find who hosts the site that is illegally
publishing his work and contact them and
fill out whatever forms they require and the host must
remove it. No lawyer should be
 required from what I understand.
